A Question about Skyrim SE CBBE 3BBB

Can anyone help me understand how i should install the latest CBBE 3BBB Mod , i need help in figuring out what Options i'm suppose to be choosing when installing the Mod , the reason that i am asking is cause some of the Armor Mods I've Installed, seam to be having an issue with the Skirt that the armors have, like they are stretched from the Hip to the Ground and when i move around the skirt just stays stretched to the ground, not sure if i am missing something that is required in order for the armor mod to work properly. I've Tried to Uninstall the CBBE 3BBB & HDT-SMP and then the XP Skeleton and anything that has to do with Physics or Body but nothing works and now i'm stuck with not knowing what ells to do now. Maybe it's an Installation Error from one of this Mods when choosing the Options.

I think there is nothing wrong in your LO. Does the skirt collide with legs (and possibly ground) when you move? If yes then SMP is working fine and to me it looks like a poorly written SMP controller XML file for the skirt. This stretching usually happens when there are a lot of general constraints chained together withoug using a constraint group (the stretch is worse the more weight the bones have).

What armor is it? Link for DL please.

Perhaps my eyes aren't working correctly, but I didn't see HDT-SMP or CBPC (or SInful CBP) in your mod list.

 

both HDT-SMP and CBPC are required for CBBE-3BBB afaik.

I have HDT-SMP installed but it wont show up in the Mod List , Doesn't the CBBE 3BBB Mod ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/30174 ) already contain the CBPC and install's it when activating the Mod ? The Same Mod also has the Option to Install BBP as an option for more Jiggle of the chest and Butt O_O , Also i figured out that when ever i build the Armor in BodySlide with the Option of 3BA , the Skirt is Stretched like the Photo i posted so i have to Make the armor without the 3BA Option though i thought that it's suppose to work with CBBE 3BBB Mod. Atm physics for the Butt & chest do work and for other armor's when not building them with the 3BA option. I'll see if i can find the correct CBPC that you mentioned but wont it have an issue with CBBE 3BBB if installed together along with HDT-SMP ?

AFAIK no.  CBBE 3BBB will optionally install a special ini config for CBPC, but it does not provide the CBPC engine. 

 

So I'd recommend installing CBPC, then  install Sinful CBP so you have an MCM to fiddle. (make sure to enable tuning in Sinful CBP)

 

Then after making sure you've saved a preset in Bodyslide for your CBBE 3BBB body (so you can rebuild it), reinstall the CBBE-3BBB body (choose all the bells and whistles) and rebuild it. And to be safe, also rebuild any clothing/armor you equip her with. And of course, make sure to check build morphs before rebuilding your body and fitting your armors, so you can use racemenu later

 

I just checked my  plugins.  HDT-SMP doesn't have any entry in the plugin list, so let's not perseverate on that one right now. You indicate it's installed and that should be good enough for now

No. It only contains the necessary config files, but not the dll and other files to make CBPC work. You need to install it yourself if you want to use HDT + CBPC. That's why it's a requirement if you choose to use CPBC.

 

The installer settings are pretty much self-explanatory, you just pick what you want and it will be installed. You should try installing it for yourself, build the corresponding sets in Bodyslide ("SE 3BBB Body Amazing" for the nude body + the "3BBB Amazing Body SMP ON Object" for PC and NPCs if you went for HDT) and test in game. If you want to switch between CBPC and HDT check the in game MCM and see how things look and move. If you like it keep it, if not install again and try different settings.

When installing the CBBE 3BBB Mod , some of the Options when trying to change them will give me a warning that says that if i change it , it will cause issues within the Game. So that's the part were i am Stuck on. Let me know if it's ok to Post a Pic of my character's Body here as i am not sure if it's ok or not though it is LoversLab i just wanna make sure first before Posting XD , oh and i do have HDT-SMP installed , it just doesn't have an esp so it won't show in the Load order with the rest Oo?

 

P.S. I Just checked my Installed Mods and i do have the Skyrim SE CBPC Fomod Installer Main File v1.3.6 Installed along with HDT-SMP & CBBE 3BBB O_O

I don't remember reading that when I installed the mod, perhaps if you post the exact message it would be more clear.

Go ahead, you already posted your character with the armor right? So the same character naked won't be an issue. Just make sure you're building the proper body set in BS if you're also having issues with the nude body (otherwise I don't see how a picture of just the body would be relevant).

Yeah, HDT-SMP doesn't have a plugin file so it isn't listed in the loadorder. Totally normal.

Then sure, you have it, installed all by yourself. The important part is the cpb.dll file, as all the other files are the config files which are also provided by 3BBB.

The requirements for what? The armor you're using? Then yeah, I guess that armor needs updated BS files and that mod you're linking is providing said files, can't say for sure...

3BBA is CBBE 3BBB, the "A" must be from the previous name "CBBE 3BBB Advanced" (the post in this website has that name, the mod in the Nexus is just "CBBE 3BBB"). So yeah, I'd say you do have it installed.

Just wanted to say thank you @dontknowdontcaredontask & @anjenthedog for helping me with my issue, i think it's finally working properly now, i built the armors after installing the mod that you mentioned and followed your Instructions and looks like the skirt part of the armor when built under SMP or 3BA , are now working and no longer stretch to the ground.

I'll try the After School Armor Mod later on to check on the skirt in the armor to make sure that all the great armor's were i was having the issue with the Skirt part of the armor.

P.S. I Installed this Mod again to see if the Skirt Section would not be stretched again & sadly it still does for some reason. Well I'll Just play Skyrim SE the way it is atm and go with armors that arn't like this i guess U_U
