There are also repeatable crashes that happen sometimes going near some cities or villages. Ivarstead instantly crashes my game. The only thing I can think of is loadorder, but I've used LOOT and theres nothing wrong, perhaps one of you eagle eyed lot can spot something I can't or knows a conflict with some of my mods? Do you have the appropriate stability tools for the version that you're using?

It is also much more intuitive than editing the files by yourself. If you haven't already, grab the unofficial patch from here which fixes that and a few less significant problems. This is unlikely to be your only problem and probably has nothing to do with the persistent crashes near certain locations, but it might account for a few of the random crashes.

And it is only character animations which were the issue. I use these plus the srt Animation Crash Fix and I can go weeks without a crash. I've used SIC for 4 years without need for the patch. People should not install patches unless they are certain they need them.
