Did you use FNIS?

This is just a tip and it's up to you if you follow it, you uninstall all the poses and and just return all your animation just like in a base game. If I remember correctly someone has said that you prioritize the Sexlab first  on your load order before installing other animation related mods. If you returned into a base game, of course install first all the requirements needed to run the Sexlab. You should have JContainers also, to maximize the number of animations you can install in your game. Run FNIS to update your game's animation lists. After you are done with these, run first the Sexlab if it will work on a base game. I also encountered that kind of problem in the past, I just found out that it just conflicts with other animation related mods like OSEX, Poses, Sexworker's Life, etc. If Sexlab is not installed first before these mods, the characters just stand and doing nothing. I just hope it will help you a bit even in a small way. Goodluck.

If you're using Skyrim Special Edition (not sure what the "cleaner" stands for) you posted in the wrong forum section, so I'll wild guess you also got some incompatible mod from looking/downloading in the wrong places too. If the issue is animations not working, check the text you get in FNIS after using it. If you see any error or warning there, you have to address it.
