He did say that it was glitchy and didn't recommend it. If you want your follower to look like your character here is what you can do. Open your console and type spf something and hit Enter. Something is whatever you want to name the file. Next make a note of your player's weight. When the time comes in a moment you will want your follower to have the identical weight. Then open the Creation Kit (CK). Find your follower from the list of actors and click on them to open. With it open adjust the NPCs weight to be what you just made a note of. Next, go to the CharFaceGen tab. You will find a button in the upper right that says Import. Click on it. There will likely be only one option since you're doing this for the first time but you will click on the file that says something.npc. If needed you can go to the hair and other accessories that are on the same page and make adjustments. When you've finished close the box (button on the left bottom). Before you leave the CK and VERY IMPORTANT click on the follower's name in the actor list just once (double-clicking will open the box you just came out of). With that highlighted hit Ctrl+F4. This is how you avoid the awful dark face bug. Now if you want something fancier, like giving them you're Apachii hair or something you'll need more information which you can find in my blog post here: Good luck.

If your follower is found in the vanilla game you only need to go to actors. If your character is in a mod you need to load that mod (under Data) in the CK. Then they will appear under actors.

I think I've done everything in your first comment but in my game my follower aven't change at all oh and we are ok CK don't need any requirement ?
Grey Cloud Posted August 26, 2020 Posted August 26, 2020 If your PC is using the default male(?) body and you just want the follower to use that body (i.e. you don't want the follower to have the same face etc.) then all you have to do is copy the meshes from Data\Meshes\actors\character\character assets to the appropriate folder for the follower. You may have to do the same for the skin textures if the follower is e.g. using a never nude body.

I use UNP and female character and I want my follower have the same face at me, like that i can change my character like a want in game, swap my character apparence into a follower, and change again my character etc etc (i'm not sure if i'm very clear (google translate))
Psalam Posted August 26, 2020 Posted August 26, 2020 Did you remember to save the changes before you exited the CK? I'll reiterate, everything I've told you can be found in that blog post and in more detail.

There are a couple of mods (on Nexus) which might do it but I can't remember the names.

If you want to post pictures I'll take a shot at what may be going on. Is your follower not the same race as your character, is that what you said? If so, you're right, that's your problem.

Psalam Posted August 27, 2020 Posted August 27, 2020 What I showed you how to do requires that the original AND the copy be of the same race.
