Seeking a mod on this forum

The other day I found a link to a mod for LE, I discovered there was an SSE version on Loverslab as well.   I thought I downloaded it but can't find it and my googl search has not found the location nor the original conversation I used.   I thought it was called MODERATOR, it allowed you to edit NPCs in Race Menu, add tatoos things like that.

 

 

Anyone help with this?

Yep. I've used it since it was released and never play without it. It does all sorts of nifty things.

Anything by ffabris is reliable.

 

I hope you are not expecting to be able to alter NPC facial looks? That is impossible and nothing to do with any shortcomings of this mod.

I read the desctiptionand FFabris is very clear about the facial limitations.  I am hoping to see more variation in npcs.   Thanks
