NSFWTrainer didn't make her nude. You need to use my version of the mod called "NSFWTrainer-edit" which replaces the female character's default outfit with her nude body. Otherwise, you have to play the game for a while until you can access the clothing shop where you can change your clothes into nude-edited ones. Alternatively, you could use "naked-girl-fixed" instead which also replaces the default outfit but with a different body model.
