Ok so i started the game again and it crashed a the same time as last time, it's happenig in the companion quest when u get stuck yourself into a trap and the other guy turn into a werewolf to kill the silver hands, it happen when he goes to the other room to free me and it looks like it crash when he go back to is human form.
The strange thing is i didn't get any crash dumps this time.

I did a lil bit a research and it's possible this is caused by SOS, i wil ltry disabling it for Farkas and see what happens

That's a known issue with modded Skyrim. Searching for proving honor crash will get you plenty of results.

I can't confirm whether SOS is the cause or not - though I think I did try disabling Farkas in SOS and it still crashed.

If in the rare chance I do the companion quest line I find this workaround helps. When Farkas is about to kill the last silverhand, open up the command console and use the coc command to move your character somewhere else.

Last time I used "coc WhiterunBreezehome" (you have to own it of course) and made my way back to the dungeon and it continued just fine. I know it isn't ideal though.

Loading a save game on top of an already running game is a well known source of data corruption because of data leaks. Either go back to the main menu before loading a new game or restart the game. I do the latter to ensure without a doubt no data will be leaked into my new load.

It's probably SexLab Aroused.

SLA uses the cloak spell detection method, and when too many cloaks are active the game will usually crash. This is a known issue with cloak spell detection.

Don't use ECE anymore, it's old and outdated. Use RaceMenu instead.

Change yours assumptions... The cloaks have nothing to do with the crash...

Anybody can verify the stability of the cloaks with Multi_Cloak_Counter 2.4

I tend to agree with @alex77r4 about the cloaks but the point is moot. It has been years since SLAR used a cloak. This is from the Support Thread (second post, also by Fishburger):

Spoiler

How it works
The original version uses a cloak spell to set arousal levels as the player passes through the world. It attaches a script to each and every NPC it encounters. I have seen up to 18 of these scripts in a save game and expect that many more may be running at any time in the game.

Redux changes that by having Dialog/ReferenceAlias based scan that gets all NPCs withing 1024 units (about 50 feet).

Therefore, whatever the issue is, it is NOT an SLAR cloak.
