on the left is serana with a head replacer, on the right is my character

serana's shoulder is disproportionately wide.........

is there a way for me to adjust her body while keeping this head replacer?(i really like the current head replacer, but it doesnt cover the body)

the mod page description says

Quote

This Mod changes Serana's face appearance only and is not a standalone follower mod.
And she will use your own body and skin texture resources so you can use with no problems whatever body types, body texture you are using.

and im not sure why the skeletons are so different

i tried messing with setnpcweight command, it didnt help...

Well looking at the file contents for that mod, they are not lying, it is only a head replacer.

so in this picture are you and Serana wearing the same outfit?

What mod manager are you using MO, MO2, Votex, NMM, etc ?

same outfit, vortex

Using Manipulator to access racemenu for an NPC, (or otherwise accessing racemenu for an NPC) I believe you can adjust four or five  seven skeleton settings through "body scales"

thanks, i didnt know it existed, it's a fantastic mod

*edit*

yay problem solved

there's a plot twist though

manipulator's racemenu doesnt get patched by 2560*1080 widescreen fix, so when i first launch the menu, i only had the two head sliders to tweak

i had to change my resolution to 1920*1080 to see all the sliders

anyways thanks a lot
