The only one I use from steam workshop is the Zelda Audio Conversion It feels nostalgic while playing Skyrim, I love that feeling.

The only big one I use is Death by Erock since, while not immerisv,e for me makes the game pretty hardcore. I also use two follower mods to add more Khajiit and Argonians to the game.

The two I like are the Dark Knight Armor and the Silver Knight Armor.

I use the workshop for alot of what I consider my "base" mods.  I like that it will check for updates and download them automatically.  I don't use the NMM, and do the majority of my mods manually, so the workshop seems like a good thing to me.

 

I have 23 mods subscribed on the workshop.  Everything from SkyUI, to the Unofficial Patches, to W.A.T.E.R and a bunch of others.
