Can somebody help me?

i play a female character and I can’t start dialog for sex with female npc (there is not dialog) but I can do it with male npc. What is the problem?

That depends on the mod you're using to start Sexlab animations. Sexlab by itself doesn't add any dialogue or features to do that (just in case: debug spells aren't for that)
