This is the error I get everytime I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mod multiple times. I am not sure whats going on I am still pretty new to modding and I can't seem to get it too work. If someone could please help me that would be amazing.

Oh then it's something else. Can you share any more details or info about how you have things in your game? Like mod manager, loadorder/modlist, etc.

Discarding the SE/LE thing, this can be as simple as having it installed but not actually enabled in your mod manager, so knowing which one you're using or seeing your full list of mods would be helpful here.

Like in the game everything seems fine it seems like skse works just fine has the different inventory menu from what it seems like or atleast during character creation its different. I am using vortex as my manager and I am using loot to do the load order. Whats weird is it worked just fine when I had special edition but I heard its less buggy to use mods on original skyrim which is why I am doing this. The last thing I would try is uninstalling skyrim but I don't want to do that cuz that would take forever to reinstall.

Hmm ok I guess.

But I still don't know exactly which mods do you have installed. And as you say you moved from SE to LE, and you're new to modding, makes me think you could totally be using the wrong version.

Here is a picture of the mods or atleast some of them. I know its the right version and it says its enabled but the game isn't. So I am trying figure out what it is. Its original skyrim. I am not sure what I need to do too fix it or to get it too work.

Are you sure skse is installed correctly? What do you get if you enter getskseversion in the console? (you can enter the console command in the main meny and type that command, no need to load a save or start a new game). I'm running out of ideas but I feel like this is a relatively easy thing to spot -_-

It shows me the most recent version of SKSE when I do it. So its something with SKYUI. Trust me I have tried reinstalling both before and still got the issue. So I am having a hard time figuring this out. Like I said I am pretty damn new to modding. So it could be completely simple or maybe I am just overlooking something. I did install an older version of SKYUI to try and figure things out and it told me to fix certain files so I did and then uninstalled the older version because it told me I needed to use the newer version to run the mods. So I uninstalled the older one and used the newer one. Maybe its a problem with SKYUI 5.1 I am not sure.

No, 5.1 is from 2015, I used it like 3 weeks ago and it was working fine. Thousands (even millions I'd say) of users have been using it since 2015 and is working fine for them. Must be something in your end that you nor me can pinpoint at the moment. I'm not that familiar with Vortex so there is that, I'm officially out of ideas. I hope someone else can help you.

Thanks for trying. I hope I can figure it out. I have been googling and everything and have yet to find a way to fix it. So I guess I will wait and see if anyone else has any ideas.

You should have checked that the SkyUI esp was active in Vortex. If you are using LOOT then you need yo turn off Vortex's autosort feature (or use it and not LOOT).
