Milk Mod Economy SE - Milkmaid issue

Simple but obviously dumb question, I'm the one who's probably missing something:

 

I downloaded MME SE and I have everything correctly installed and functioning. MCM, animations, economy, body scaling, etc. EXCEPT one thing: Milkmaids.

 

Got my hands on lactacid, proceeded with "Hey there", asked a random female (vanilla) NPC in Solitude right next to the pumps to be a Milkmaid. Game askes if I want to "Make a new Milkmaid?" blahblah I say OK. Then nothing. MCM registeres her name but I can't interact, and he only dialogue option is to send her away. Tried various NPCs and debugs in the MCM but didn't really work.

 

I reinstalled the whole thing, load orders amd other stuff. Now even with lactadic in my inventory I can’t ask anyone to be a milkmaid. The only option is “Umm... nevermind.” Occasionally when I’m “full” I can ask them to help me get rid of it (Breast sucking options). Also with the reinstallaion the Lazy Inflation mod also stopped functioning automatically with the milk pumps.

 

I feel like I'm the one who is missing something, but I couldn't find anything related to this on this site.

 

Help would be appriciated

Hey did you ever figure out the issue because im looking for a fix for the same thing

I left Skyrim for a year but since then I never ever figured it out. Now I have a clean save with 100% working load order and everything, but I was honestly afraid downloading this mod again. I'll prehaps try once and tell you if I can make it work.
