Nazakoo Posted July 24, 2020 Posted July 24, 2020 So i have downloaded a lot of mods because what i was looking for had requirements which had requirements and so on. When i try to run skyrim i get this There are files in your Overwrite mod directory There are currently files in your Overwrite directory. These files are typically newly created files, usually generated by an external mod tool (i.e. Wrye Bash, xEdit, FNIS, ...). Creation Club ESL files will also end up here when downloaded. Any files in Overwrite will take top priority when loading your mod files and will always overwrite any other mod in your profile. It is recommended that you review the files in Overwrite and move any relevant files to a new or existing mod. You can do this by double-clicking the Overwrite mod and dragging files from the Overwrite window to a mod entry in the main mod list. It is also possible to move all current Overwrite files to a new mod by right-clicking on the Overwrite mod. Not all files in Overwrite need to be removed, but there are several reasons to do so. Some generated files will be directly related to the active mods in your profile and will be incompatible with different mod setups. Since Overwrite is always active, this could cause conflicts between profiles. Additionally, moving relevant game files into a normal mod will give you greater control over those files. Some files can live safely in Overwrite, such as basic logs and cache files. It is up to you to understand how best to manage these files. If you do not wish to see this warning and understand how to handle your Overwrite directory, you can open the Mod Organizer settings and disable this warning under the "Diagnose Basic" plugin configuration. and the other issue is Script Extender Log Reports Incompatible plugins You have one or more script extender plugins which failed to load! If you want this notification to go away, here are some steps you can take: • Look for updates to the mod or the specific plugin included in the mod. • Disable the mod containing the plugin. • Hide or delete the plugin from the mod. To refresh the script extender logs, you will need to run the game and/or editor again! The failed plugins are: • Couldn't load PapyrusUtil.dll (PapyrusUtil SE - Scripting Utility Functions). A DLL is invalid (code 193). • Couldn't load SchlongsOfSkyrim.dll (Schlongs of Skyrim SE). A DLL is invalid (code 193). • Couldn't load SimplyKnock.dll (Simply Knock SE 1.0.3 Release). A DLL is invalid (code 193). Now this one i kinda understand but don't know how to fix. I understand that the lightning bolts with a green plus mean it overwrites and red i believe means it is being over written. These are the mods in the order that i have them Unmanaged: zzLSAR Unmanaged: zzEstrusMimic Unmanaged: zzEstrus Unmanaged: SkyUI Unmanaged: FNISspells DLC: HighResTexturePack03 DLC: HighResTexturePack02 DLC: HighResTexturePack01 DLC: HearthFires DLC: Dragonborn DLC: Dawnguard Those mods have no issues from what i am seeing. they have no bolts near them These are where problems start SexLabFramework_v162_FULL bolt with a red minus Simply Knock SE 1.0.3 Release red minus PapyrusUtil SE - Scripting Utility Functions bolt with a green plus SexLabAroused_V28b_Loose red minus SexLabAroused_V28b green plus Milk Mod Economy SE Assets red minus ZazAnimationPack_v61 green plus Multibreast red minus Milk green plus (part of the milk economy) Schlongs of Skyrim SE red minus XP32 Maximum Skeleton Special Extended green plus SexLabHentaiPregnancy SE 2020 red minus SexLabHentaiPregnancy green plus ElsieArmor This one has a white lightning bolt Elsie-forMME green plus There are other mods i did not include but these are the ones that are lighting up as being a problem... not sure how to fix or what to do to make these work any help is appreciated
NoirXiaoba Posted July 24, 2020 Posted July 24, 2020 I see a wild mixture of mods for both Skyrim LE and Skyrim SE in your load order. Which version of Skyrim are you running? Make sure to install the proper versions of the mods, i.e. LE for the (older) Skyrim and SE for the (newer) Skyrim SE. Not all mods work interchangeable with both versions.

You would never want to take on that challenge nor does anybody need to, that's how MO looks. 3 hours ago, Nazakoo said: Unmanaged: zzLSAR Unmanaged: zzEstrusMimic Unmanaged: zzEstrus Unmanaged: SkyUI Unmanaged: FNISspells Shouldnt be there. An experienced MO user might have something there to help them do certain works in CK, when I play the game, I have no unmanaged mods. And I have nothing in overwrite folder. You started really good it seems like, i think you failed to make your data folder vanilla again prior to installing MO Do we have mixed LE and SE? What mods are not working for you? Are you launching game through steam, from with in MO?
Nazakoo Posted July 24, 2020 Author Posted July 24, 2020 Not sure how to do the folder vanilla again so... not sure where to go from there, thinking i may need to completely start from scratch, delete everything and reinstall. If i don't need to do that then please advise I have SE, didn't know the difference between the two till i started digging, also just got home. i see that i also have some LE as well as SE so i think i will just wipe everything and start over now that i know what to look for in that regards all the mods listed are having issues so i would have to guess all those ones. I tried launching through steam, through steam again via SKSE listing, through MO skyrim, MO Skyrim launcher and SKSE MO again
Dorabella Posted July 24, 2020 Posted July 24, 2020 The simplest advice is to uninstall everything and reinstall only compatible mods (SE for SE, LE or (Oldrim) for LE The process may be long, but it guarantees you to eliminate any previous errors. By uninstalling only incorrect mods (due to incompatibility or other), you may find yourself with the same problems, in some cases, there are mods that overwrite others (Example: SOS + XPMS (S) E), if you delete the first one, you will consequently have to redo the other. PS:. My mod installation system, derived from Clam of Skyrim (COSIO) . Obviously you will need to install those for your Skyrim (SE). Some of these you may find them with other words SKSE FNIS ( letest version) SkyUi Uiextensions SexLab Framework SOS(Scholongs 3.00) Caliente Beautiful Body Edition (CBBE) Bodyslide and outfit studio Other behavioral mods (combat style for example, move style, jump, running and more) XP32MSE (Latest version) HDT Physics extentions Your favorite body morph If you don't want to put up with the start of the cart, live another life or similar Launch FNIS Test the game SexLabTools 3.00 SexLab Aroused More nasty critters Hentai Creatures ( optional) Creature Framework JContainers SexLab Animation Loader MatchMaker (optional) FNIS Creature pack 1.6 Launch FNIS

If i don't need to do that then please advise You should have done that before even touching MO. All these unmanaged mods listed in MO are stuff in your actual game folder that MO has no way to handle. To revert to a vanilla state the best way is to uninstall Skyrim SE from Steam, delete the "Skyrim Special Edition" folder in ...\Steam\steamapps\common (that folder has all the modified files that you don't want to keep in there). Then install the game again through Steam. For MO, you can just delete all your mods and use the same MO instance to start again, this time with a clean game and paying extra attention to each mod you download (check that it's the latest version, if it's made for SE and make sure you have all the stated requirements for every mod you intend to use). For a step by step with links and explanations you can check the orange link in my signature, I made a guide to cover the basics about how to mod Skyrim SE using MO.

Here, it's a pinned thread in the Skyrim SE section too (which you should start using for the most part as the other sections are for LE stuff and might not apply to your SE game.
