You can put them in the animation directory as is and they'll become the default, or put them in the "animation/female" directory and use fnis to make them the female default only.

I've been looking into this for a while now, I got it working without any issues, but I'm really disappointed at the animation. It's blocky and stiff... not very fluent at all. - I wish I knew how to animate, redoing this sneak animation would be at the top of my list!
