need help using custom npcs appearence in my charcter

i used a mod called alternate actors to get a preset of the npc

however it only uses in game textures

i also did a sculpture face import and it worked except for the parts originally used by the in game preset

and i can't get the hair in game 

anyone knows how to do it ? and thx
