Yinkle Posted July 5, 2020 Posted July 5, 2020 Looks like an outfit/body mod with physics using a well known idle animation loaded in a custom cell. Nothing new here as far as I can see unless the cell is unique but I highly doubt it.

I think it's more about this being a background of main menu and not body, armor, etc. Tbh I have no idea if it's possible, I've seen only animated snow or moving medallion on main menu, but this looks impressive.
