I have been trying to get a modded Fallout 4 to work. I have no problems with Skyrim SE. The issue always happens in Sanctuary. I removed mods to try to find the culprit. I start a new game. Same problem every time. I save. When I try to load back into Sanctuary, instant CTD. I am stumped. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated. I am about to give up. Here is my load order,

The eyes of beaty probably, better instal 2-3 mods and check, not 30 mods

Probably a silly question but did you add this to fallout4custom.ini:

If you don't then most mods won't work. It is pointed out all the time by mod authors in descriptions but sometimes folk don't read those...

I'm working through now, again. Before I start a playthrough, I install 2-3 mods at a time and then test. I always go through this process. I had no CTDs. Then, I got 30 hours into my playthrough when the Sanctuary bug hit. I've since been trying to figure it out. That was almost a month ago.

I always read the descriptions because some are cleverly written and funny. I have done this.

Might be a long-shot but, can you try loading the same save twice in a row? I started experiencing CTD's whenever trying to save or enter Saugus Ironworks. I also tried loading older saves and had the exact same problem in the previous four or five saves I'd created. I can't remember where I found the original suggestion but, I loaded my most recent save twice in a row and I didn't have any issue saving or entering Saugus after that.

For whatever it's worth, I've had too problems sort of like that.

One was a reliable CTD in Diamond City that turned out to be because FO4 didn't like a cosmetic change to an npc there (don't know who, or which NPC, but I traced the problem back to a face/hair replacement mod I'd made and after removing all the DC entries, no more problem).

The other, which have had some different versions of, is weapon mods. Seems to me like FO4 is prone to CTD when it tries to generate weapons from mods if everything isn't just so. I don't know about the ones on your list, but I've had to forgo several weapon mods because of this issue...

TL:DR Fallout 4 CTDs about things that never seemed to be a problem in Skyrim.

Uninstall LMCC and see if it fixes it. Every load order I've seen these past few days with random CTDs has had LMCC in them. It doesn't matter where you put the plugin, top, bottom, middle, it crashes the game and breaks quest mods among other things in my testing. When I disabled it I was able to skip quest dialogue in Depravity again. Also game takes 99 years to launch with it installed.
