Invisible Female Heads?

I was wondering if anyone knows what CC is causing the heads of female random sims to be invisible with just their hair and teeth showing? Or if there is a missing CC from a set that I need I would greatly appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction.

Usually it's the No EA Eyelashes mod that needs to be updated or removed.

But it can also be cc for Teeth, Hair Physics, and certain Jewelry.

As Scorpio said could be the No EA Eyelashes mod also could be the tongue mod.
