OH1972 Posted June 27, 2020 Posted June 27, 2020 For some reason, I've started having completely distorted boobs on my characters: Loadorder is attached, would be great if anyone had any idea how to correct this. loadorder.txt
murf Posted June 27, 2020 Posted June 27, 2020 zazout doesnt work with AAF. remove it and use the zaz skeleton on nexus. not sure how well four_play plays with AAF. if you want to use AAF, here is the proper guide

But it doesn't by itself and you shouldn't use both at all if you want a stable game. It's a choice. AAF or Four Play.
OH1972 Posted June 28, 2020 Author Posted June 28, 2020 Thanks. The Four_Play.esp was introduced by AAF compatibility patches but that seems to be outdated? Anyway, the problem seems to be solved. Probably misclicked in MO while juggling mod catalogues servicing different profiles...
Achroi Posted October 18, 2020 Posted October 18, 2020 so what was the solution? struggling my self with this issue, and I can't get it to work, I just changed from NMM to MO2, never had this problem with same mod installation I currently have

For some reason it all worked fine when I was using NMM, but can't get it to work in MO2

Ranchester Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 I got same Issue.. when I wearing some clothes, That problem is not appeared, but when I naked or some downloaded clothes on, boob's marker seems constant at player's stand place, "0053","+","ZaZ -Extended-Skeleton (ZeX)" "0054","+","BodyTalk V2" "0055","+","AlexScorpions Male Body Retexture" "0056","+","FusionGirl" "0057","+","FSM Body Textures 5.0 - Base" "0085","-","CBP Physics for Fallout 4" "0086","-","MTM OCBP - OCBPC Physics and Collision Preset" "0087","-","OCBPC Physics" "0088","-","OCBP Physics" from 85~88 now disabled, same issue appeared, I think related ZEX, version is 3.5, fusion is 1.75, and even tried Bodyslide settings-skeleton to ZEX. Problem is same... crazy.... My desktop is well done, but my Laptop has trouble. Laptop sets for CBBE, the Other is Fusion girl.
adb1x1 Posted June 29, 2025 Posted June 29, 2025 I know this is an old thread, but just in case someone reads it, I'm having a similar problem, but mostly on naked or particular 3rd party clothes/armor (was mentioned before). I'm using CBBE 3BBB on the NG update (PC). It acts very much like a skeleton problem, since the distorted objects follow movement of the body. Have looked thru everything, reinstalled quite a bit, with no effect. I wonder if something changed in the 980 release that is causing the issue?
plutocene Posted June 30, 2025 Posted June 30, 2025 My best guess, you are using ZEX skeleton but lack discrete female skeleton https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/56115 and ensure you have OCBP_3.1.2_CBBE installed. I would also rebuild the body and disable animated fannies if installed, afaik that doesn't work with 3BBB. Fusion girl is the only body mod that works for me though, perhaps try that instead.
The fundamental problem with Fallout is that in "vanilla" Fallout, there's only one skeleton for men and women... which makes it impossible for animators to create heterosexual sex scenes with it. So, first, the ZEX skeleton was developed, and second, the "fusion-girl" body... so that they could create animated breasts and a vagina for a female game character. If the breasts distort, it's ALWAYS due to an incompatibility between the skeleton and the body... a cbbe base body has static breasts - there are no "skeletal bones" that allow the breasts to wobble/bounce. Yes - you can also give a "cbbe"-based body (3ba or similar) functioning wobbling physics... but that's a bit more difficult than for a "fusion-girl"-based one.

And third, I assume he/she has BT installed https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/72310 which also requires ZEX and by my account represents the most probable cause for this error. Therefore, you also need gender separation of the bodies if you use CBBE to prevent exactly that outocome, which is why you want to use Fusion Girl apart from the quality difference due to the aforementioned missing bone structure 1
