Heyo I tried to convert these mods myself https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/65231 Skyrim Female talos statue and female Heimskr with https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71396/ Kit Creator but I couldn't do so. Can anyone help me convert these mods ? Or are these mods for special edition already ?

These should work, try it.

For the talos statue, you may well have been able to just install as is, as there is nothing there apart from a mesh and texture replacer, if not then running it through either cathedral asset optimizer or nif optimizer should have done the trick.
