Get LOOT That will enable you to export a load order and also running it might resolve the issue. Personally I would just try uninstalling her, completely then reinstall her but I guess the first question would be, when did this happen? And what did you do/install before it happened?

I was thinking Muiri was a custom follower mod, she's the jilted bunny boiler in the Apothecary. I should actually try playing some vanilla content again one day.

I suggest checking in skyrim data folder> textures> actors> character> Muiri , that the textures are positioned correctly . You can also do the same check with Outfistudio Open Outfitstudio>import nif >skyrim data folder>meshes>actors>character>Muiri and import nif_0 or nif_1 body and nif head , if the textures are missing you should also see from here
