Scorpio Posted June 18, 2020 Posted June 18, 2020 Another option: FYI: you have to use CAS to set the male sim to use feminine frames and no penis first. Then in game use the WW body selector to pick the male bottom with vagina. Had problems with the male nipple top so I didn't use it.
