redkunaz Posted June 10, 2020 Posted June 10, 2020 I would like my sims to permanently keep the body they have when i created them, however i can't find any mod to help. this one says http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=603777 set to 00 to disable , does it mean i keep the body from cas, or does it just disable the mod?
Crashdown117 Posted June 10, 2020 Posted June 10, 2020 The way I read it, it's a factor adjusting how fast changes happen - 0.5 means half as fast, 2 means twice as fast. Setting it to zero will effectively disable all changes to your Sims physique, keeping them the way you created them. To disable mods, you generally just remove them from your Mods folder ? - no need for a "disable" setting.
Abandoner Posted June 11, 2020 Posted June 11, 2020 Are you aware of the MC Command Center? It may seem daunting at first but one of the settings allows you to "freeze physique" on individual sims without fail. Couldn't be easier. It's an essential mod, I think.

It's an essential mod, I think. mcc is good , but my sims becomes laggier. i have seen my sims almost dying from freezing when they are near the doorstep. like the sims sometimes just become braindead. however... if there are no other options...

The only thing to be cautious about is that this mod marks one of the few instances where you simply put the .zip file into Mods and do not extract anything.

Yeah... you have to keep it in a zip file in the Mod folder to work... but as you said, it works well without performance issues.
