I keep trying to download it from the 2 links but it keeps getting removed by Google Chrome

That's on your end. It has nothing to do with LL.

 

Recommend you do a full scan with whatever virus scanner you have. Make sure something nasty hasn't made it's way onto your system.

 

I'm running Chrome with Windows Defender, uBlock Origin, and Malwarebytes. Haven't seen anything like these reports. I have the feeling some hijacker is floating around somewhere.

It seems that antivirus or NSFW software is removing the files. Use your smartphone to download and extract the zip file. Then transfer the files to your PC.

Or update your AV patterns, this should help to avoid false positives.
