Is there a guide on how to get started?

as title says, is there a modern SSE guide for sex mods and what exactly i need to get started, and any good recommended mods for starters? because honestly, im super confused on what exactly i should install to make things work. im even too dumb to navigate this website. i have a really hard time to find mods etc.

 

example: this is a new instance for MO2, this is only fap focused, i dont care about actually questing and playing through the game or whatever. i have my main instance for that.

so naturally i googled good sex mods.

 

Slaverun seems to be good.  but here problems already start. this mod is version 3.0 yet all the dependencies are for 2.0??? ok, this mod has been here for ages. surely the mod author would have changed that if this was a mistake or needed change. so ok, i will use the 2.0 dependencies then. next problem: all the links are for LE. but again, this has been up for ages. if this was a mistake he would have fixed that, so it must be right.

 

so i spend the last 40 min downloading all the dependencies and ( some ) of the soft dependencies. installed them all, and nothing works. cant even start the game. it instantly crashes. i have tons of form 43 errors as well.

 

so im super confused right now. what exactly do i need to do to make things work here? what are the MUST HAVE standard mods that 99% of all sex mods here requiere anyway, so i can get that out of the way. and which RAPE / slave mods can you recommend other than slaverun? cause this mod doesnt seem to work. or im simply too stupid ( which is more likely )

 

i hope you guys can help. i just wanna fap.

 

PS: i dont have a problem with actually INSTALLING mods, using fnis/nemesis and whatever (so i dont need a guide for that). but i have a very hard time reading through walls of text description that seem to be for LE even tho its in the SE section. and i have a hard time to navigate this website in general. i simply cant really find any mods lol.

i may be wrong because i just did a QUICK read-through, but this seems to be a guide for general gameplay? like it mentions ENB, trees, dyndolod and stuff. so basically stuff i dont care about. i just want sex mods to work. i dont even plan to touch the main story at all. i dont go exploring or in dungeons or whatever, im not gonna fight a single enemy. i just wanna install porn  quest mods.

Man you'd can't just download mods without reading them first, you're just asking for a world of frustration by doing so. Anyway..

 

- SOS (Schlongs of Skyrim) for men, CBBE for women.

- Sexlab Framework will make up the base for your sex mods.

- Sexlab Animation Loader(SLAL) along any of the many SLAL animations available, this is for loading and playing your sex animations

- More Nasty Critters: SLAL edition will get the animal schlongs working.

- Finally, Alternative Starts (with Content Consumer's Alternate Starts mod) to get you straight into lewd action.

EACH OF THESE HAVE VARIOUS REQUIREMENTS, READ THEM CAREFULLY AND DOWNLOAD THEM IN THE ORDER THAT THE MOD AUTHORS SUGGEST. ONLY DOWNLOAD SE MODS, LE MODS IN A SSE SETUP WILL CRASH.

 

This in my opinion is the basis of sex modding. I would download these, then use download a single mod that can test them out to see if they're working correctly (I suggest Sexlab matchmaker). Then from then out, download 2 or 3 sex mods at a time and test them regularly in game to see if they're playing nice together. I suggest you make a profile that 100% works and keep it as a backup to refer back to when shit goes wrong, only modding copies of that base profile.

 

 

A few mods;

Rape: Sexlab Defeat, SD+. Prison Overhaul Patched

Prostitution: Maria Eden.

Beasts: Untamed, Tirk the Horny Riekling

Story: Sexlab Romance, Sexlab stories, Sexlab Solutions and Confabulation and Troubles of Heroine

Immersive Sex gameplay: Sexlab survival, Skooma Whore, Milk economy, Sexist guards

Other stuff:  Sexual Fame Framework, Slavetats, Sexlab tools, sexlab aroused

 

Just to name a few of my favorites. There's plenty of other alternatives you can find. Also, Slaverun is pretty notorious for not being stable (even in the most stable setups), I love the mod, but it's not something you ever want to start with if you don't understand modding very well, it has a lot of problems.

yeah i did read through the descriptions of slave run carefully. thats why i was so confused lol. cause i downloaded all of the LE stuff like the author suggested and yet nothing worked.

i hope i find another mod like that. cause i dont want to do any combat or actually play skyrim, just want to instantly get to the rape and slave stuff. i will also take a look at your recommended mods.

 

i will still downlaod devious devices tho, i feel like its probably important for slave mods.

Then this is the mod you want. Easy install, simple requirements. Hands down, best story driven mod on the internet (plenty of rape, blackmail, forced sex). Best of all, player choices determine how future interactions play out. I couldn't recommend this mod enough.

you absolute giga chad, thanks man. i will make sure to take a look at it tomorrow as soon as i have time. tho the requierements worry me a little just like with slaverun. its again talking about LE dependencies. like getting skse for LE. i feel like that cant be right. but as i said,i iwll completely read through that tomorrow. so yeah, thanks.

well first of all calm down. i was just being sarcastic. iam grateful for ANY help. even if it doesnt help me in the end, atleast people tried.

 

with that being said, you are the one who looks dumb right now. you are telling me in order to get slaverun to work i need to read through ENB, and dyndolod documentations. cause somehow thats gonna make slaverun compatible with SE.

 

i mean MAYBE im wrong, and you are a 500 IQ genius and setting up an ENB and reading through a huge wall of text ( that has nothing to do with slaverun ) will make it work. i dont know. but in the chance that you are wrong : you have no idea what you are talking about.

you can start with "PC" part after that install bodyslider and outfitstudio
After that is "Lovers lab"
and finish with Fnis !

hey, thanks for your comment! i read through it a bit yesterday, but this doesnt seem to say anything about installing slaverun for skyrim SE.

as for fnis, is it fine if i use nemesis? cause im kinda used to that by now. also i would like to use CBPC instead of HDT SMP. when using HDT my boobs jiggle without control after a while. ruining my performance on top of that.

Fnis and Nemesis these two work same job... and nemesis maybe better than i think ! so just pick one you like meh~ i'm using Fnis because it easy.

That's the thing though, you can't really, and there's no way around it.  Modding is such an inherently complicated, rickety thing, even with a game set up for it like Skyrim, that you HAVE TO be really, really careful and not get ahead of yourself.  I know it all looks very tempting and exciting, visions of wondrous scenes dance in front of your mind's eye, and you want to get into it as quickly as possible, but trust me rushing it is absolutely the best way to get a complete mess that causes you no end of headaches.  I've been there (we've all probably been there) and learned the hard way myself.

 

Whereas on the other hand, if you do it all very carefully and patiently, and take your time about it, one mod at a time, testing as you go, you'll be truly amazed at the degree of immersion that's possible in the game with these types of mods, and it will all work pretty smoothly.

 

Or to put this another way, Skyrim functions as the best pr0n sim in the world only for people with moderately high IQs and up, and a good deal of restraint and patience 

 

Also, the more modding you do in the general sense, the more it will help you get the Sexlab stuff running properly, because you'll gradually get to understand Skyrim modding in a deeper way, so that if problems do crop up you'll be able to fix them yourself.

 

Aylis' guide is excellent and comprehensive, includes a segment on Sexlab mods within itself, and will provide you with a Skyrim game that will make a good bed (so to speak) for the Sexlab experience (which really is much better if you embed Sexlab gameplay within normal, adventuring gameplay, and find a way that suits you of integrating the type of sexual gameplay you prefer into normal gameplay).  But if you really want to just get to the barebones as quickly as possible, the best guide to get you up and running at the most basic level here, IMHO, is this one.  It has no more (but no less!) than you need to get Sexlab stuff working.  Take it slowly, step by step, and be patient.  Remember the story of the tortoise and the hare

i literally did? i asked about sex mods ( not dyndolod, not enb, not tree mods, not any vanilla graphic stuff ) . and especially how to make slaverun work. since for some reason SSE versions ( of several mods not just slaverun ) keep giving me links to LE versions that dont work. the navigation is really , really hard.  thats why i asked about stuff that i generally need to make MOST sex mods work, so i dont need to read through huge wall of texts again since the mod descriptions have been useless 90% of the time so far, cause they keep linking to stuff that is for LE.  i also wasnt "mean" or "unfriendly" to the guy at all. i simply said his links doesnt help me and then thanked him anyway.  i dont understand your problem.

hi, sorry for the late reply it was a busy week.

 

first of all: thank you. hopefully i  have more time this week and i will install your suggestions.

also i 100% believe you when you say skyrim can be one of the best sex sim games, if you put the time and effort in it. but yeah as i said, thats what i dont want. i use my Main profile for general playthrough, with no sex mods to distract me.  and then i have a porn profile that i JUST use for quick faps. hence why i just need sex mods, no graphical stuff or vanilla gameplay enhancements.

 

i will makre sure to install your stuff, seems to be what i want. then i just need to find some cool sex mods and im basically set up.
