redmedved1 Posted June 6, 2020 Posted June 6, 2020 When i'm changing the weight of the character, hands does not proportionally scaling with it, they are remaining at maximum weight all the time. I am using custom bodyslide preset, but i don't think the problem is in textures, something just got broke. Weight 0.5.bmp Weight 1.bmp

Just asking, because if your outfit replacer doesn't support any weight scaling only uncovered body parts will change while you modify body weight. Outfits replace your body while worn.
redmedved1 Posted June 6, 2020 Author Posted June 6, 2020 They are always the same size, regardless of clothing

They stay the same size, while everything else changes You could give some more info what you have installed for a body. Like CBBE or UNP, or if you use Bodyslide to build your body. Maybe even go overboard and post what skin texture you use and what skeleton is installed (or if you use any skeleton modification). If you use any bodyslide compatible body it might help already to rebuild all body parts in BS (with the same preset). You could also check if you have any mod installed that overwrites your hands.

Firstly i have installed base cbbe, xpmse32, then i add bodyslide and create custom body preset, and over it i installed this giant pack with leyenda skin texture, so now i am using cosio body. At that point everything was fine, i didn't see any of the seams on the body. But i made a mistake, because i keep adding big amounts of mods and did not test it in game, so i don't know when exactly this happened. Also i am using Vortex mod manager and i don't quite happy with it, it is uncomfortable for me, because earlier i used standart old NMM, but if i will now change my mod manager, new one won't be able to recognise many of retextures, that don't have an esp. file. And one of the problem with Vortex is sometimes message pops up, that my "femalebody.nif" files was changed and i can delete it, or save and i just don't understand what i am doing, and why this keeps pop up, if a don't even manually touched that meshes folder.

Maybe i don't understand something, but bodyslide does not have option to build the hands, only body and feets. And also i tried to delete cosio textures and bodyslide and everything works fine, remains only cbbe body with correct hands, but when i reinstall bodyslide and build everything, hands bug reappeared. The problem is 100% in bodyslide, but i don't know exactly where and how to fix it.
redmedved1 Posted June 6, 2020 Author Posted June 6, 2020 Okay, from another post i found out that hand meshes exist only in meshes folder and bodyslide doesn't affect them at all. It seems that i had some "bad hands" meshes and i just manually replaced them with the default cbbe hands from original archive. Everything works fine now. Well, not exactly everyting, i still have that issue, but thank you all.

Corsayr Posted June 6, 2020 Posted June 6, 2020 Do your hand NIFs have an 0 and 1? I don't use CBBE, but I don't see how the hands would avoid having this issue if you do not have a 0 weight and a 100 weight version.

Yes i have, and the problem there is when i build bodyslide meshes, it always replace my cbbe hands meshes (default weight is 133 kb, after the build - both 416 kb). Only solution that i found is just replace it with original cbbe meshes every time after i am using bodyslide. If anyone knows why bodyslide replaces cbbe hands meshes and you have solution, i will be glad to listen.
