Can Skyrim handle this kind of texture/shader or whatever it is? Just curious if anybody has ever attempted to make like the one in the GiF

Hey mate i actually saw a shader mod in some discord channel modder "ashnur" making something super similar to this u can check her/his nexus profile also cheers!

WetFunctionRedux comes close to what you are looking for. It's not animated, but it's a progressive sweat simulator that slowly increases and decreases your sweat based to what your doing in game.

Its from a mobile game, destiny child.
