Thanks... after reading your answer my question is different. I want to upload content (realistic sims) of my project pepesim.com. By clicking the Submit a file button, the following warning appears:

 

Sorry, there is a problem

You are not allowed to upload files to this category.
Error code: 3D286/1

 

What is required to be able to publish and share content?

it is maybe just a post count and or time member for security to avoid spam

As of the last I saw (within this month) the requirements are 10 posts and membership for 2 weeks. This is, of course, subject to change.

I wanna upload one of my sims but the tab The sims 4 - sims ( where you can upload sims ) is kinda greyed out and I just created account for it. What should I do?

You need to do a couple of posts and stay on the site a little while.

Then, go in any of the download pages, and create a new file.

It is the Category you will select that will place the file in the correct section.

Okay thanks! but can you be more specific like how long will I have to stay ? ( 3 4 days ) and how many posts?
