Anyone familiar how to work out Izumiko's mods?

I'm a big fan of Izumiko's mods, but I'm yet to get them working.  As I understand it, using Sexout-NG, you get the T6M body replacer.  The only thing I see Izumiko mention is that you need Type 3 Body textures.  The link provided with Izu's mods is the Type 3 Body from FO3.  I've tried to install manually and with FOMM.  I get two results from this.  With one method I get an instant crash when loading up the game.  The other result is when equipping the armors, I've only been able to get one of the many mods to work and the game actually not crash,  the body doesn't show.  I walk around with a floating head.

I like a few different body types, but only a couple offer a lot of armor mods.  Izumiko's armor mods are the best I've seen.  So I'm trying to get this to work, but it's been a challenge.  I'm familiar with installing mods through FOMM and the not so recommended manual installing, but when it comes to the technical stuff and understanding it all, I just get lost.

I'm hoping someone is familiar and willing to explain in simple terms how to successfully install Izumiko's mods.  Do I have to use the Type 3 textures from FO3 or can I use the textures from Dimonized Type 3 from FNV mod? Is the T6M Body different in Sexout-NG from Izumikos?  Usually the message I get when trying to install with FOMM is that a script is missing when I try to install it.  No idea what to do here.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

Here's the mods I've been trying to get to work:

There are a few more, but those are primarily the ones I'd like to get working.  I've noticed in the comment section a lot of people are having issues with this.  It's probably something simple, I'm just not sure what it is.

They'll work just fine with FNV/Sexout T3-textures. I've only downloaded the first one you mentioned (I've got some older versions of his mods installed somewhere). The file structure used won't translate right, if you just convert it into a fomod. You need the core files (textures and meshes) as well as the .esp (for FNV) and manually put them into the right folders. You can however make a temporary folder with the correct file structure and convert that to a fomod.

It's baffling, how some authors make it way more complicated than it has to be. :D

I haven't tried t6m yet but I've donwloaded all of the mods, inlcuding nagothm's BNB conversions, in anticpation of it. In theory, any compatible type 3 textures should work, what I was planning to do would be to install type 3 BoG and then install t6m over top of it, as the t6m meshes should then overwrite the t3 meshes., but leave the textures. I would then install nagothm's conversions overtop of izumiko's and then add in astymma's skeleton to provide the bouncing support. From what I understand this should work, but it's just theory, as I have yet to try it myself ;).

The T6M body uses any Type3 textures perfectly.

You should first install the first T6M mod by izumiko, it has the full body replacer.

http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/45162

It installs the underwear mesh by default if i remember correctly.  If you want the nude mesh it is in the optional folder and will have to be copied to

Fallout New Vegas\Data\meshes\characters\_male

Here is the nude mesh with bounce added.

Any body & hand textures  you want to use should go into Fallout New Vegas\Data\textures\characters\female

Then just do as Bruce and theskid sugggested. Install the skeleton and then install the mods and enable the esps.  you should be good.

Just like you Snazzishoes, I am also a huge fan of Izumiko, and I have also struggled doing manual installation the first time I played New Vegas.
But using "BlackMountainThug Armor" mod, "Sexout", and "Weapons Animation Replacer" mod have 'forced' me to learn how to do it manually.
And up until now, I have used almost all of Izumiko's T6M mods (without T6M NPC, because it requires Mikoto) with those aforementioned mods, and never had any issues.

Here's the basic for manual installation:

--

Don't bother using FOMM if there is no "fomod" folder, along with it's contents, inside any mod available out there.

Besides, it's rather frightening if you can't control what you install, isn't it...
--
Almost all modders have placed the necessary folders in the right order, and almost all of them began with "data" folder, or "meshes" and "textures" folder, with the .esp or .esm... If not, browse through the folders available in the mod and look for them or either of them.
--
Now locate where you installed your New Vegas data directory.
For example, in my laptop, I installed the game in C: --> Program Files --> Bethesda Softworks --> Fallout New Vegas...
So click away and find it.
In there, you can find the "data" folder, FalloutNV.exe, and other.
--
Inside the "data" folder you can find "meshes", "texture",etc, along with all the the BSA, .esp, and .esm.
--
So, if mod's order starts with "data", copy it, go to there and paste it.
For example, if I want to install the "T6M Unique Item" mod in my laptop, I will have to copy the "data" folder from the mod, then click my finger away to C: --> Program Files --> Bethesda Softworks --> Fallout New Vegas, which is where the game's "data" folder is located.
The simply paste it there...
But if it is started with "meshes", "textures", etc... you have to go inside the "data" folder first, and paste it there...

--

In short, paste the "data" to "data", "meshes" to "meshes" folder, "textures" to "textures"...

As for the installation of the T6M mods, I think nagothm have explained how to do it very accurately.
But please bear in mind that if you also installed an animation mod such as "Weapons Animation Replacer" or any similar mods, install them first.
This also should be done manually because if you use FOMM, it will be confused in reading which animation file to read and will end up crashing.

But in case you are still confused, here's what I do (I will always use the "meshes" folder to make it easier for you):
--
Install the BnB animations from http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/35047.
Locate only the "meshes" folder from the folder "MAIN", then copy it.
Go to the game directory, then go inside the "data" folder where you can find the "meshes", "texture", and other folders, and paste it there)

From "meshes" to "meshes"...
--
Then go to your original T6M body mod and find the "meshes" folder.
Again, copy the "meshes" folder and paste it in the same spot.
--
Copy the "meshes" folder of the T6M body mod that is already rigged with BnB animations, which you can get here in LL (http://www.loverslab.com/topic/6853-t6m-bouncing-breasts/), and paste it again the same spot. This contains only the body though, therefore don't forget to do the previous step.
--
Finally, copy the "meshes" folder that contains the needed skeleton from the "BnB BodyExtender Compatability Skeleton" mod.
You can grab the mod from http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/45229.
--
As a finishing touch for the body mod, copy the "textures" folder from any of the Type 3 related texture mod out there that you like, and paste it in the same spot, where the "meshes" folder is also located.
Bear in mind though that if you don't use "Custom Race" mod, any texture with tattoos in it will result all of the NPC in the game having tattoos in their skin.
--
Then you can install the rest of the "Sexout" mod, using the same method.

Should a warning that compels you to "overwrite" or "copy and replace" comes up, don't be afraid to do it.
And if you install all of the T6M armor mods you mentioned before, which haven't been rigged with BnB animations, don't worry.

It will still run perfectly fine... Well... At least for me that is, heheh >_<

That's it...!
Remember, if you are confused, hold on to something, punch something that is not breathing but does no damage to your hands, breathe, and start again.

I hope this helps.
Ganbatte ne!  ^_^

Oh, btw if you want to have the bouncing version of Izumiko's T6M armors, you can go to http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/47895.

However, I haven't downloaded it yet though, so I cannot vouch for it.
