Cannot figure out which mod changes the child flag

Hi, I'm new to skyrim mods and I've downloaded a few mods including devious loot mod.  It disables because of a mod that changes children's flag.  I tried looking it up on the forum, but thought it may be easier to find if I post the specific mods that I have. The plug ins and mods are the same. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling.  Deleting mods and reinstalling them.  I have no idea.  It would be very much appreciated if someone knows.  Thanks so much

In game open the console, click on a child and check which mod made the last change (bottom right are the LastChange entry)
