Would it be safe to switch back and forth between 3BBB and normal CBBE on the same save?

I want to set up 3BBB as something I use while playing around with adult mods, but don't really need or want it affecting my character the rest of the time. If I set up two mod profiles in MO2, one with the normal CBBE body and the other with 3BBB and stuff to support it would it be safe to switch back and forth on the same save?

Nah, I change bodies all the time through BS in my games. It won't hurt anything. If fact, you can build clothing/armor with as many different body types as you want- just remember there will be some differences like textures that you will have to manually set up.

 

For instance, I have both CBBE and UNPB installed in my game. When building outfits I can use either one as the reference body and build it. Of course you will need to fix clipping and stuff like that. But using different bodies adds a nice bit of variety to the game I think.

its really not needed to switch bodies if you use 3BBB CBBE ,  when you use FULL SMP option and ignore CBPC all-together the body will be like CBBE without physics (clothed and  naked) , then  you can just use hotkey to give yourself physics when you want or when aiming at any npc to give it to them, so you can turn off/turn on physics at any point.

By Full SMP do you mean the one were CBPC only governs the belly? The version from Nexus doesn't seem to have an option for SMP to govern absolutely everything.

well  yeah FullSMP+CBPC  belly but  it  doesnt matter , belly is not  governed by smp, its there  if you wish  to use it with cbpc smp+combo but  not a  must.
