Ok, all the files are there.

All the folders.

I used "Nose 32" trick to save the face data for ECE.

Fixed the red forehead bugg.

You could ask Sleepy Tiger eyes .He has a female follower mod he just released. SO you coulod message him and ask him  to take a look at it.Other people you could contact are Ashertz, skyla, or TAP Gaming.

If you have exported head and facetint from ece then you can either merge that with that abomination from ck or manually edit the exported head nif to name the nodes so they match the ck facegen names, which one to do depends on the head mesh and how well it can merge. Using racemenu export I always was able to just use nifmerge but ece I don' t know what you have to work with never used it.

I use Npc Editor for Facetints/Tattoos.

You don't have to edit the follower mod with it.
Simply choose any vanilla Npc with the same race and gender, select the color values and tattoos of the follower ( must be the same as in the follower mod) and export them to any folder. Then rename the dds and thus overwrite the followers' dds. Takes less than 3 minutes and also supports 2k, 4k etc.
