Oof, CK2 is such a long time ago now, they had similar mods, but in case you've got CK3 rn, i use these.  "Carnalitas" for the sex, and "Basic pure blood"  basically makes inbreeding a virtue if you have the religion for it (for which there are other mods "carnalitas dei" for example) and gets rid of negative effects for inbreeding.  Combining that with the base game's fame reward that gives better chances to get good hereditary features and having concubines or a polygamist marriage, that's all base game.

 

Resulting in you being married to your father/mother and having some siblings or children as concubines or however you want to organize it.

You could just have a polygamist marriage with three of your sisters.  And of course if you don't mind ending the bloodline you can do same-sex marriage with the right mod. ? or cheat with a family member.

Thanks I will have a look into those mods although I'm still playing CK2 and prefer it (at least for the time being). I have used some choice mods in CK2 I was just wondering if you knew of any I didn't.
