I didn't need to modify anything.. but i don't really get what you mean. Could you post a screenshot? Have you installed something related to lips?

I don't think so, other than lipstick. It's possible but no conflicts are showing in mo2.

just kidding.Have you already tried to disable all lipstick mods? Maybe it's a mesh getting overriden?

I realized yesterday that Sexlab Survival opens and closes the mouth and it opens wide like improved blowjob should. Do you use SLS? Maybe they are conflicting.

Thanks very much, this fixed it for me with high poly head 1.4, you might consider making it a mod so it's easier to find!

shlong full has a randomness of size from 4 to 10 (default)
For a character it would be worth opening his mouth a little more. (big A ,Eee,and O)

Is this what it's supposed to look like? She opens her mouth alright, but the lips don't look natural. The sides are bent inwards and the lower lip is flattened. Is it because I'm using high poly head? I'd like to do my own expression in blender, but since she doesn't open her mouth at all without this mod, I don't think it would help.

Hi. 

Not a specialist of scripts and scary stuff.... but i just isolated the fact that after a fresh new save if... i press the REBUILD button in ZAZ8+ for CBBE.... mouth stops to work correctly...and i really not find anything to fix that other than... a fresh start  So do NEVER press it if you dont have to.

I just can't seem to get this to work even the original version. I installed the prerequisites. Let it override everything with that modifies the same scripts. MFG Info shows Combat Shout is 0. I'm not using anything that modifies any head part.
