The loading screens are enabled by default on game start.
The variable/option you set in MCM to disable them are only read and set after you load a save.
Hence, you get the load screens.

As a permanent workaround,  you can create a batch file that is executed on game start,
and add the proper console command to set that MCM variable before you load a save.

- create a textfile in the game folder (where the Fallout4.exe is)
- give it a better name  (for example:  "run_at_startup.txt"  )
- into that textfile, enter  "  set INVB_Global_LoadScreen to 0  "
- save
- open the Fallout4.ini   (usually in  \Documents\My Games\Fallout4)
- in the "[General]" section, add a line: "   sStartingConsoleCommand="bat run_at_startup"   "

This will execute that bat file on game start.
You can also add other console commands to it.

Of course, you can also just run the console command manually on start before you load a save.
(open console ->  "  set INVB_Global_LoadScreen to 0  " )
But you'd need to do that every time, so the autorun-batchfile is a more convenient solution.

PS: one or two of the load screens are lacking the check for that variable. So they will continue to display.
The "play with puppies" is one of them, for example.
You can ofc create an override using FO4edit to fix that / add the check to it.
Me, I am ok just using the batch solution - it disables most of them, and I don't get an 'overload' of them anymore.

The only two that aren't flagged to require one of the MCM settings are the extraction chair screen and the dairy chem station screen, but those aren't the ones that keep appearing after disabling the loading screens in MCM, saving, and reloading.

Even after trying the bat file, I kept getting the same loading screen every time I loaded a save, even if the save was new since disabling the MCM setting and using the bat (the "Swinger" one), so I ended up just deleting all the WD loading screens in FO4Edit.  The next time I loaded a save, it STILL showed the "Swingers" screen, but after saving and reloading, it was finally gone.

I got the magazines for the cloning stuff and implantation chair, but I'm not seeing them in the workshop. I just have the blood, semen, and milk extractors and the dairy workbench. Am I missing something?

I'm more just confused how to get a lot of the perks required for the crafting like Creature Infant Healthcare, DNA Reproductive Transference, Creature interacting with chemicals, and uh... Human/Creature Interbreeding

Quite a few of these don't have a magazine that matches up.

Try using the "Radaway infused syringe"  I used one and it seems to have reset the morphs for PC atleast

This fix still works. After pregnancy PC's breasts morphed to massive diameter but kept the same height and depth. It looked like a giant uniboob being pressed up against glass. It took four or five syringes - getting a gradual reduction from each -  but it did work.

first of all your mod works perfectly, nice job; but I have a problem with the perk magazines locations, in fact I have scrapped (with scrap everything) a lot of stuff in sanctuary, county crossing etc, but all the crap is came back (trash, vines, destroyed house-shack in county crossing, and it is impossible to scrap that once again. is it possible to fix this problem?

problem solved, it was a bad load order😛

I have supermutant clones in one of my settlements (clones from this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/26230)  used as settlers and now for experiments :p, I wanted to see a supermutant child, but when I check the inventory of the female test subject, there is only a non growing baby, how to make this baby growing and become a child?

same thing for the gorilla and for the mirerluk eggs?

hmm ...... ok i do not know if you will be able to make the non-growing baby into a growing baby. (i think you can thru a debug page in FPE MCM)

you can make it so babies do grow but it is gonna take you a bit of time (mainly checking all the MCM pages)

first go into the MCM and check all the settings (adjust to taste) for each page of the MCMs for:

     Family Planning Enhanced (FPE)

     Wasteland Dairy

     Wasteland Offspring

the main options you are looking for are in FPE (i think) ... Baby Options in the FPE MCM, but make sure to check the other MCMs as i do

not remember offhand which one has the time it takes for babies to grow to children then adults.

i know that supermutant babies can grow into children then settlers, both becuase i have done it in the past and i actually have a single

growing supermutant baby right now.

i usually make a couple of cribs (build mode then wasteland dairy section) and put growing babies into a crib so that i get to see the baby

in the crib (sometimes they kinda float above the crib) and will get a notification when the baby becomes a child (then another when the

child becomes an adult).  when you put a growing baby into a crib you chould get a message about the baby will be cared for by the settlers

of the settlement the crib is in.

one of the MCM settings controls the chances for hostile or tamed (friendly).

Hello, I'm trying to find all of the magazines and I am finding certain hints on the Wasteland Dairy Hint Guide not exactly helpful. Can someone give me general locations for some of the magazines. The one I am mainly trying to find the Sex Ed so I can make condoms.

have you checked Sanctuary and Vault 81??

the main post has a spoiler called Recipe Magazines

inside it is lore friendly locations and at the end of the lore friendly locations is another marked cheats, check there

iirc Sex Ed i found somwhere in Diamond City

there is one magazine to get a perk that is not listed in that list (it's somewhere in the Institute iirc).

Thanks, I eventually found the Sex Ed one in Diamond City but I first checked the pink ghoul school since the hint was "A Ghoul School" so I was confused when I didn't find it and then checked Diamond City.

it works for gorilla, and revived Dogmeat but nothing for the supermutant. thx for the advices btw.

i found an abandoned baby at diamond city, wanted to help it but the necessary ability is locked, how to unlock it? I checked the perk magazines (in the help) but nothing.

IIRC the perk you need is one of the ones from the Cthulhu guides (number 1, 2, and 22) if you look at the recippe section of the main post.

locations i got them (i think) were Salem, Hallucigen, and one of the supermutant controlled schools.

全然分からないので教えてください、ワークショップでWasteland Dairyを選ぶと、手術台?や寝台の必要素材や必要Parkは表示されますが、アイテムの画像が表示されません、また作成に必要なParkもどうやって入手するのでしょうか

I don't understand at all, so please help me. When I select Wasteland Dairy in the workshop, the required materials and Parks for the operating table? or bed are displayed, but the item images don't show up. Also, how do I obtain the Parks needed for crafting?
I've picked up several copies of Park:Mag magazine, but just picking them up doesn't add them. What should I do?
