Next upgrade will be ES6 for me, unless Bethesda doesn't let us mod it of course lol Anyone has permission to use the mod and bodyslide files to convert though, just mention me in the credits.

I also don't use SSE. I just can't justify the upgrade. LE works very well for me and quite a few of the older mods that I love don't have SSE versions and the mod authors are long gone. Since I originally purchased Skyrim for the vampire gameplay, I can't see going without my favorite vampire mods. Plenty of SE mods I wish I had, but I just can't justify the trade it would be. 1

I had all the LE DLC so I got SE for free and at first I stuck with LE since most mods I used weren't available on SE but now quite a lot of mods are ported and I'm hardly missing anything. The 64bit SE was well worth the swap imo since I could install greater ENBs and other graphics mods without it crashing, not to mention just a flat out FPS boost in all circumstances.

That's the most tempting thing is the reduced crash risk. But as I mentioned, a lot of the old mods I use don't have ports cause the mod authors left long ago. Maybe some day I'll make the switch. But money is tight atm and has been for a while. If I'm gonna buy a new game, I won't be a another Skyrim lol.

Unfortunately I'm with Aki on this one. Some mods that are 100% necessary for me are not ported and unlikely to be.

I'm lucky I can do the stuff I do now. I'm still not sure how much RAM is too much or too little, and that statement itself might sound crazy stupid to some people. But I'm not a technical person. Almost all of my expertise is outside of computers unless we're talking powerpoint and excel spread sheets. I digress. The point is I can't even do the ports myself if I ever make the switch.

I'm only just getting familiar with them myself. Look up poser hotkeys or poser hotkeys plus (they will have more detailed instructions than I can give). Install either of them (not both) and whatever poser mods you like. Gomapero and halo poser are the two biggest packs I know, but there are very many. Then you run FNIS once everything is installed and it should work. Most poses are static, but a few are animated.
