00799700 Posted March 6, 2020 Posted March 6, 2020 Hi, I have some problem here. I play multiple families, and already set their outfit one by one. But when I play A family, sometime I see B family people wearing ugly random outfit. Though I swap to B family and change back their outfit, but this time I see A family people wearing ugly random outfit. orz Is there any way to prevent NPC sims wearing outfit randomly? Like any MOD or MCCC? Please help...orz
Riasnatcher Posted March 6, 2020 Posted March 6, 2020 You should try Sims4Studio, then there'll be tools for you to make random sims to not wear CC stuff.... try looking it up on youtube for more detailed tutorial
Crashdown117 Posted March 6, 2020 Posted March 6, 2020 Those "random" changes in clothing are probably due to them visiting festivals or attending other activities that trigger so called "situational outfits". Instead of picking one from the regular categoires the game simply generates a new outfit - often with results of mixed quality. MCCC would be my weapon of choice here, as its Dresser module has overrides for all types of situationals. Go into global settings via any computer, select "Replace SItuational Outfits" (or sth like that, currently playng in German) in the "Dresser" submenu, and go through the list of situations, selecting which category of outfit (formal, casual, swim,..) you would like to see in each of them. Bear in mind, that with some expansions new events are introduced, so if you see situationals again, update MCCC and check whether there are new entries.

I forget to say that I'm base game only, so it's may not be festivals? And situational outfits config I can only change dating one. But I have check other Dresser module configs via computer, seems there is an option that make sims only use saved outfits. (Sorry I'm playing non English version, don't know the name in Eng ) I have play a while, it seems works(?
