The link posted is as close as you are going to get. By default, there are no female wolves in Skyrim. Anything else needs to be modded in. By default, sex animations don't check creature gender unless you want them to, and there are few female creature meshes. There may be some for dogs/wolves, but I don't know of any. As far as producing puppies, no. Nothing like that as far as I know.
