The source of the problem may be revealed to you by FNIS.
When you launch FNIS, the first thing that is read is the bones.
Take a good look at what it detects: let's assume you have configured the game on UNP and FNIS reads CHSBC, then to solve the problem just reinstall XPMSE, relaunch FNIS and read in the bones:

This variant occurs when we install behavioral mods that influence bones (not all of them)

I have a weird hdt bug that makes UNP body bugged by making boobs uneven. Applying a non hdt body preset is working fine, but when i try to use different presets for unified unp hdt, one of the boobs is messe up. Is there a way to fix that?

Did you build your UUNP-UNP body in bodyslide => Hands,Feet, body?

There is a gap between those body parts on your pictures.

uunp.jpg.c706fdcae4410a26c11931807e33db03.jpg

If you want HDT physics you need to build an UUNP HDT body and also rebuild hands and feet according to your actual body preset.

Do you have the right textures (for all body parts) installed for UNP?

There seems to be a mismatch between hand, face, body.

On your picture the dagger looks oddly misaligned.

That might be an Skeleton issue.

You got the right Skeleton and ticked the FNIS patch "skeleton arm fix"?

Do you have the right HDT Physic Extension installed?

If you installed your body with AIO Animated Pussy you don't need to install HDT Physic Extension.

Do you have any mod installed that effects HDT Hair physics? (if not hairs can interact with the HDT breasts, but I see your using vanilla, so maybe this doesn't add to your issues atm)

XPMSE should be low in LO, close to the end, unless you have MNC SLAL installed, then move XPMSE above MNC (also move FNIS above MNC).

Any follower mods installed that might overwrite the PC? => move them all above XPMSE, FNIS.

Also check if you have the patches in FNIS ticked like Lestat1627 has posted.

remember to rebuild all body parts after changing a preset in Bodyslide and run FNIS everytime you start a new game with modified animations and meshes.

It detects XPMS2HDT. Problem is that, i tried to find the problematic mod by disabling each mods, but i cant use FNIS now. When i press update fnis, it starts loading and then crashes after some time.

Does FNIS start to process the behavior files or does it crash right away after "update FNIS behavior"?

If FNIS crashes right away - without processing any files - you might have another issue:

(".NET Problems") The generator gives some other strange error messages like "0x800A0005 (CTL_E_ILLEGALFUNCTIONCALL)", ".NET Framework Initialization Error", or aborts immediately after double-clicking.
Most likely you have a corrupted Windows or .NET installation, which can even be caused by undetected viruses. Use the Windows Event Viewer eventvwr.msc to find clues about the cause of the failure. If it indicates .NET problems, then re-install .NET from Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Standalone Installer). If this does not help use .NET Framework Setup Verification Tool and Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool. The following links might give additional information: .NET 40 Redistib install error "failed with 0x240006" and Possible issue where .NET Framework 4 setup reports success but fails .... This .NET Framework Setup Verification Tool User's Guide seemed to solve many issues. If nothing helps, and before you have to completely re-install windows, you might consider How to Perform an In-Place Upgrade on Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 & Windows Server 2008 R2.

You could try and update your Microsoft .NET Framework

...but I guess it wouldn't have worked in the first place if that's your issue.

it crashes after while loading the animations. it loads a few of them, then crashes. it gets to sexlabcreature animations, then crashes.framework is up to date. I tried instaalling fnis 7.5 (non xxl version) and it wont launch at all.I cant launch it through mo i can open it manually tho. I tried reinstalling everything, game included and now both versions of fnis refuse to launch through mo2, while they can be launched separately.

In the genre that stops doing white screen? The reason could be given by too many things to scan maybe Billy SLAL type which is an animation mod over 1GB
It also happens to me, but then it starts again on its own.
By switching from FNIS to FNISXXL you should only be able to use FNISXXL (I assume they overwrite it)
What version is FNIS? 7.5?
The fact of being able to start it manually is already something, not using MO I wouldn't know why it won't start you.
A loading order screen would help identify the problem and, if possible, also the FNIS report that you will find in
Skyrim data folder> tools> GenerateFNISforUsers> temporary_log

Seems it's somewhat tricky to integrate FNIS into MO2?

Also if you created FNIS behavior files in skyrim/data wouldn't that conflict with the virtual MO2 installation?

Yes, I have no clue about MO2.

But if FNIS tool works if you start it manually from skyrim/data, there must be an error in the FNIS integration into MO2 ?

Nope, you just install FNIS as any other mod and add the executable to MO. That's it. If OP is crashing it may be because OS restrictions, not so likely: having a shit-ton of animations mods or a wrong version installed. Being able to use FNIS out of MO says nothing because unless OP also installs every mod outside of MO, FNIS won't load any MO mods, so it's like using it in a vanilla game.

Try to set each tool to run as admin and don't install mods/skyrim/tools in the default Program files.

so i tried reinstalling everything again, and when i first launched fnis it opened and gave an error about a skeleton, after that fnis cant be opened.temporary log folder is empty. What i noticed is that it generates files in the overwrite folder of mo2, deleting them doesnt help. This is the error it gives me when i renstall it:

ERROR(53): Could not find file 'temporary_logs\Skeleton.xml'.

When i try to launch it again, it never opens(through MO2)

You might want to read up about how MO2 overwrite folders work and how to use them with FNIS.

I think it's supposed to do that. I'm still have no clue about MO2, but isn't it normal that MO2 generates overwrite folders? I think you have to make a mod out of it and add it to your LO?  ?

DANGER: Mr Pickles only knows how to talk to animals and can't talk to mod-organizers.

Error 53 (File not found): You probably have an incomplete installation -> Re-Install FNIS Behavior. If the problem persist then then this can be caused by an AntiVirus program giving a false positive (WebRoot and SuperAntiSpyware have caused a lot of trouble in the past). Deactivate your AV during FNIS installation.

If you're sure your install is correct, I'd check if you have any AV software scanning the folders where you have MO/FNIS/Skyrim installed. I'd recommend you to exclude these folders from the real time scanner or similar feature, depending on your AV. Possible OS restrictions due to having any of these folders inside Program Files still apply.

If you use FNIS successfully, you'll want to keep these files. You can create a mod from these files to keep them out of Overwrite but you definitely don't want to delete them.
