Problem with installation mod (Solved)

On first glance it looks like your downloaded file is broken.

Could be a download error.

Best not to download files via NMM (in case you did).

Download the file and add it via " add mod from file" to NMM.

other possible reasons (they won't cause this specific error warning):

> HDD is nearly full

> you added/removed many different mods via NMM. Best to close and restart NMM after a deinstall/install madness, especially if you want to install a mod with many subfolders.

> administrator rights (NMM and skyrim installed on C>program files)

> virus scanner

I using only this option. I have a lot of space at disk so its not the problem. I'll try to use 7zip to unpack this .rar file into NMM mods folder and maybe that should help.

or even better:

I use only 7zip and also AIO-P 4.0 (rar).

Adding it to NMM works fine.

If you can't unpack the rar file with 7zip (or another compression program), then the rar file is broken

You might know it and I just misunderstand you:

You can't put loose files into the NMM mods folder and hope that works. ⚠️

Quite the opposite is true.

Also AIO-P comes with an extensive FOMOD.

You want it be able to run or you will just install everything at once while unpacking it into the NMM folder (which on it's own isn't a smart move).

You can do something like that only into the data/skyrim folder, but that is manual install and it doesn't work with FOMOD organized mods unless you pick and choose the files you want to install manually ?

Even worse:

NMM reads the files form the zip file and not from loose files.

NMM installs from the zip file virtually and then physically in skyrim/data, while remembering what files got overwritten. It can't remember what got overwritten and also can't install anything virtually/physically if you install the whole mod in loose files into NMM/mods folder ?

NMM won't be able to start the FOMOD

NMM does a virtual install for all mods that get overwritten => can't do that with loose files and also you will have to overwrite a lot of files from AIO-P with for example XPMSE and

MNC SLAL and maybe alternative body texture and meshes!
