Quillon Posted February 3, 2020 Posted February 3, 2020 Hello there. I'm not sure if I'm the only one with this problem, however after playing numerous games with certain... hazardous mods for life expectancy of Sims, I stumbled upon a problem. Town itself has very few sims. Even fewer if you don't create your own sims in previously owned homes. More so... it's quite difficult to progress in ''story'' if barely any of the neighbours are having children. Y'know... hard to build a legacy or rivalry between families, if the AI controlled one refuses to have any descendants. Thus, does anyone have a suggestion how to passively or actively repopulate the map? Are there any handy mods which do this task? Any help would be appreciated.
Elsalovescocaine Posted February 3, 2020 Posted February 3, 2020 Lol I want your save xd, in my case, even deleting almost 90% of homes add club , bar, pool etc. I can’t stop my game in to creating ugly sims every 3 min. Add restaurants to your neighborhoods, every loading screen, game create like 12 sims for nothing. That’s the reason why you cannot find a lot of restaurants to download it. Mccomand center also allow you to change max sims per lot 20. Up to 200 guess. But it depends of your computer, ram and card survive that. Thats might repopulate your game in one loading screen.

Let's say... that you can achieve uhm... optimal purge with this mod. https://sacrificialmods.com/extreme-violence-news.html while not using magical powers of deleting sims out of existence. This mod makes it... more... uhm... natural. You'll get even fewer sims with autonomous killing turned on. Ugly generated sims can be undone! I'm unfortunately not sure if my computer would survive that xD. This piece of junk is... piece of junk but it's been loyal companion for years now! Maybe I can tone down the numbers to reasonable amounts though. I'm kind of a noob when it comes to MCCommands, since i installed it quite recently. It's overwhelming sometimes.

Number of sims on lot depends of CC. In my case some hairs owns 26.000 tris. Really heavy mods. Normal eve6 or obscurus sim body use. 16.000 tris. Clothes have 8000. To 12.000 common. Means 20 heavy cc sims are ok. If. You don’t install CC or use low poly CC. You can add 60 sims to start testing. You can Che your mods sizes. Opening them on S4 studio. And read LOD tab.
