I know that but to do that i have to go first to CAS and select the "Does this sims have a penis?" option and its pretty tedious tbh So i was wondering if theres a mod to enable that option without CAS

Well I use MCCC to edit any sim in CAS on the fly without having to type in all the cheats because it's so much easier. (Even works on NPC's) You have to enable a few settings like 'fullCASedit' and 'testingcheats'. But that mod is handy for also controlling EA population, pregnancy, marriage, etc. https://deaderpool-mccc.com/#/releases
