Some times the problem persist and delete all the "auto" files only solve the problem for 3 autosaves. The next autosave is slow because the game create the BAK file. If you are in that situation use my script. Launch my script and launch the game. Not worry about performance. The computer need less than one second to delete 3 files. Make it every minute is not a problem.
indolu Posted January 21, 2020 Posted January 21, 2020 I Think its because skyrim accumulates strings overtime which causes auto saving (which happens while you play) to become more intensive, which in turn slows down your game. Saving isnt any different you just dont notice it because you are paused.
