Have a look at sex autonomy settings in WW......if too high sims are always masturbating having sex etc....

I've never seen a way to disable just that one animation. I had to either disable solo sex, or else lower the frequency in WW Autonomous/Specifics/Solo Menu. You can always use manual mode to trigger solo sex.
