how do i remove bnb from a body?

BnB is made by the skinned breast bones, so removing that should remove the bounce too. The weights to remove are breast.R and breast.L

That should work.  After deleting the breast bones I'd save the nif and then open it again.  If there aren't any errors I'd copy the mesh and paste it into another clean nif (one that's never been ran through Blender or 3DMax) just to be on the safe side.

don't forget that you'll need to run nifscope to reset some properties.
