Hit shift+enter on the keyboard (unless the mod author changed the key binding) and it should be in a secondary window on the right under "ENB Effects txt" (or something like that) then at the top of the left window click the "save" box after turning down or unchecking the noise filter (if a noise filter is in fact your issue) and hit shift+enter again to close the ENB menu. If the game freezes for a second while it's saving the settings that's fine, it should return to normal after a number of seconds.
