Also, it seems my facial textures are a bit unrefined: See the nose (and chin) area? It looks a bit pixelated. What could cause that? From Crash Fixes 12 web page: Common issues:UseOSAllocators=1 and crashing when touching sliders in character creation or otherwise.Set AlignHeapAllocate=1 in CrashFixPlugin.ini, downside is increased load time and increased memory usage. I have AlignHeapAllocate=1 but i not notice any downside. That textures with squares, specially noticeable in nosse, are caused by the bad compresion of the textures. If you have used Ordenador for generate the MipMaps recover the security copy and run it again whitout the compresion options. Use only the option for Generate MipMaps.

I used AlignHeapAllocate=1 now and it fixed the issue, thank you again! How do I find out which of the backups fits to which texture mod? The backup order names are just dates and the contents of them look very similar to other texture mods. I don't want to overwrite the wrong ones and fuck it all up.

Ordinator make a backup in a RAR file with each original texture. The files inside the RAR are the untouched. Locate the files inside the RAR and stract it for replace the bad textures with squares. Or reinstall the corresponding mod for recover the original textures.

After reinstalling, it fixed the issue and then reconstructed the mipmaps and it still works!

Is basically the same but updated from 2012 to 2017. Try it.

Edit: I did try it now but the face looks almost too perfect, too smooth, a bit alien. I dont know, am unsure about it. Also, have been getting a Crash Fix FootIK error now on loading my savegame twice. Went around it the first time by trying to load again and the second time by loading a savegame from the Alternative Start in the Prison Cell then my actual savegame. Is there any permanent fix for this?

The web page say: Many people perceived the crash on load problem, which commonly manifested itself as the FootIK bug reported by Crash Fixes, as a memory problem where Skyrim was trying to load too many things at once. Revise the correct installation of Load Game CTD Fix and, if the problem persist, try put IKCrashWarn=0 inside CrashFixPlugin.ini but note that i have that parameter in 1 and i never see the FootIK error.
