Portal to Oblivion, Winterhold town conflict

Winterhold expanded ruins and ETAC, even the etac-EW patch isnt working properly and not compatible with each other as shown by the material presented below. by the way this is the house of Ophelia

so how to fix this issue pls help..

I never seen that, I tried etac with expanded ruins plus patch and different results that were not acceptable, my solution was to uninstall expanded ruins.
