Notifications not appearing

I normally only subscribe to follow Skyrim LE threads, but have noticed in the last few days a real falling off on the numbers of notifications arriving. 

 

I've checked, and there is activity on the threads I am following

 

Has the site got some general technical problem underlying this, or is there any other possible reason, please?

Also I've noticed that some of the icons are missing from the right-hand side of the bar, or at least the 'undo' one is gone.

Yep   LL seems to be playing catch up
