Texture Problem on some sims

Some, just some of the sims have textures head to toe all one color, but if you get in close (real close see below) the textures come back while you are zoomed in. Anyone know whats causing this? Is there a log somewhere i need to post here? Thank you for taking the time to read this.

I just had to remove a bad mini skirt today that was doing something almost the same.

 

Only the black got worse zoomed out.

 

So it's likely some bad cc, could even be hair, eyelashes, etc.

Yep broken/old cc.....the pre release university patch broke quite a bit of cc clothing hair etc....something to do with the alpha channel or something....
